• If you apply to tutor: the subjects you teach and any background you share in your message.

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your enquiry and arrange your free consultation and assessment.
• Match a student with a suitable tutor and plan lessons.
• Consider and follow up on tutor applications.

Where you contact us or apply to tutor, we process your information on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to and managing enquiries. Where a student is a child, a parent or guardian should provide the information on their behalf.

We share your information only where necessary to provide the service — for example, with a tutor matched to a student. We may also use trusted service providers (such as our website host and email provider) who process information on our behalf under appropriate agreements. We will disclose information if required to do so by law.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only for as long as needed for the purposes above, and to meet any legal or accounting requirements. When it is no longer needed, we securely delete it. If you would like your details removed sooner, please contact us.
